Drove the strategic evolution of the Benjamin Moore brand, clearly differentiating the corporate and product identities. Oversaw external agencies to uphold brand standards across all campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence. Led and developed multiple branches of the Creative Department, including product packaging, retail merchandising, design, copywriting, photography, digital assets, and video production. Spearheaded the Williamsburg Color Collection partnership—from establishing the collaboration to overseeing all design elements—alongside notable alliances like Pottery Barn/Williams Sonoma, Kohler, and Cambria. Established best practices and comprehensive brand guidelines, enhancing our social and digital assets to amplify brand consistency.
