Enhancing Client Experience

Led the comprehensive site development, overseeing design, voice, tone, and visual standards, while securing cross-functional alignment and executive approval. Launched in May 2019, the site generated $75MM in new deposits within the first three months and surpassed $2 billion within six months. By optimizing the client experience, we streamlined access to credit lines, investments, and accounts across JPMorgan Chase & Co. Additionally, created and implemented new templates and evolved brand guidelines across all channels, elevating the user experience and unifying the brand’s visual presence.
